Atmotube Recovery Instructions

If Atmotube does not turn on and the LED on the device is continuously blinking RED fast, this indicates that the device is stuck in bootloader mode, and the recovery procedure described below may be performed to power the device on:

1. Internet Connection: Ensure your smartphone is connected to the Internet.

2. Powering the Atmotube PRO:

  • Connect your Atmotube PRO to a wall plug adapter using the USB Type-C cable provided. If you don't have the original cable, use a reliable alternative after confirming its functionality with other devices (like smartphones).

Important Note: Avoid using QuickCharge power adapters with fast-charging technology or power banks. Ensure that you do not disconnect the device during the recovery process.

3. Enter Recovery Mode (start with this step if the LED on the device is swiftly blinking RED continuously):

  • Press and hold the main button on the Atmotube PRO for 15–25 seconds.
  • Once the LED on the device starts blinking red, release the button. It will continue to blink red for approximately 2 minutes.

4. Open Atmotube Application:

  • Launch the Atmotube application on your smartphone.
  • Tap the drop-down button at the top of the app to access the Connection menu:
  • Within the Connection menu, look for the "Update Mode" section. Your device should be listed there:

5. Firmware Update:

  • Select the device to initiate the firmware update:
  • Patiently wait until you see the “Update Completed” status message and then press "Finish":

6. Finalizing the Recovery:

  • If the recovery procedure is performed correctly, the Atmotube should reboot and power on. You should also be able to connect to it using the Atmotube app. For optimal performance, charge the device for at least 2 hours post-recovery
