ATMO agrees to use such Environmental Data solely in accordance with its standard data use policies, which are hereby incorporated by reference, and applicable laws and regulations. ATMO acknowledges that it has no ownership claims over the Environmental Data and shall not use, process, or disseminate said data except as expressly permitted under the terms of this agreement and within the bounds of applicable legal requirements.
