What to do if an LED indicator on Atmocube stopped illuminating?

Atmocube has several LED indicators which indicate air quality measurements using color codes

If an LED on Atmocube has stopped working after the USB configuration tool was used for device setup, it could be the result of a mismatch between the model code of the Atmocube and the model code in the configuration file that was used for device setup via a USB flash drive.

In such cases, please make sure that the correct model code (SKU) for the Atmocube is chosen from the drop-down selection menu on the USB configuration tool page. The model code (SKU) for your Atmocube can be located on the sticker found on the back of the Atmocube.
