Where can I locate the Atmotube MAC ID or Serial Number?

Each Bluetooth device has a unique identifier— a MAC address. You can find the MAC address of your Atmotube in the Atmotube application -> Settings -> About (Android) and Atmotube application -> Settings -> Device (iOS).

The MAC address will be listed under as Atmotube ID as in the example below:

Each Atmotube also has a Serial Number. You can find the serial number for your device at the bottom of the original packaging box marked as SN.
