The All-In-One Monitor

CH2O

Formaldehyde, CH2O is a colorless volatile organic compound with a strong odor. There are two main sources of it: off-gassing and combustion. Formaldehyde is presented outdoors, but its concentrations indoors are higher due to its emission prevalence in building materials and household products.

PM1 , PM2.5, PM10

TVOC

Temperature & Humidity

Generally, people feel comfortable at temperatures between 21°C to 27°C (69°F to 80°F).

Generally, people feel comfortable at a relative humidity between 40% to 60%.

Carbon Dioxide

Light intensity

Light intensity requirements depend on the space's specific purposes. The light levels for a conference room or a library should be 300-500 lux (30-50 fc), while professional laboratories require 750-1200 lux (75-120 fc). Workspaces and spaces for the elderly people need more than 500 lux (46 fc). In the evening hours, light intensity should be as low as 5 lux (0,46 fc) to eliminate sleep disruption.

Atmospheric Pressure

Noise

Noise levels above 70 dB over a prolonged time period may start to damage your hearing.

PM1, PM2.5, PM10

PM1 are ultrafine particles with a diameter smaller than 1 micrometer: dust, combustion particles, bacteria. PM2.5 can be made of different chemicals like black carbon, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, etc. PM10 or coarse dust particles refer to particles with a diameter less than or equal to 10 microns in size. They are about 30 times smaller than the width of human hair and are small enough to get inhaled into our lungs.

Formaldehyde

Relative Humidity & Temperature

TVOC

Total Volatile Organic Compounds metric is the total concentration of volatile organic compounds in the air. VOCs are carbon-containing chemical gases emitted from solids and liquids. VOCs are not only hazardous but also play a significant role in the formation of ozone and fine particulates (PM) in the atmosphere.

Light Intensity

CO2

Carbon dioxide is an odorless non-toxic gas. People exhale CO2 when they breathe. When there are several people in a poorly ventilated room, CO2 concentration increases and affects occupants’ wellbeing. Safe standards for indoors: 400-1000 ppm.

Atmospheric pressure

When barometric pressure drops, your blood pressure decreases. For some, this can mean dizziness or even blurred vision. Also some people experience high-altitude headaches due to changes in barometric pressure, such as during plane travel.

Maintain a healthier environment

Atmocube has 12 sensors inside to measure all major indoor environmental parameters such as air quality, temperature, humidity, light intensity and noise levels.

For Construction Professionals

Educate your occupants on the excellent IAQ you have achieved through green building materials by enabling the display mode on Atmocube. Comply with continuous air monitoring requirements of RESET, Fitwel, LEED, and WELL. Co-branding options available.

For Workspace Managers

Good air quality, along with the right levels of light intensity and noise, have a massively positive impact on productivity and wellbeing of frequent space attendants. Atmocube continuously monitors the indoor air quality and notifies you about sudden changes so you can take care of your visitors non-stop. Create environments where people thrive.

For HVAC Professionals

Raise awareness about the effectiveness of your HVAC technology by integrating Atmocube directly or with a BMS/BAS. Installed on levels of human activity, Atmocube detects the air quality around human interaction for a more objective air evaluation and opens up opportunities for energy usage optimization.

Monitoring air quality is critical to maximizing the comfort of your tenants and increasing their satisfaction with your space. Let them know that you care!

Our goal is to build a measuring tool that will be trusted by both air quality professionals and tenants and several international accreditations are expected by the end of 2021.

Commercial-grade sensors with high precision: PM sensors are MCERTS verified and tested by AQ-SPEC at South Coast AQMD.

Control of multiple monitors from one admin panel

For accurate readings, one monitor per 1100 sqf (100sqm) of open space is recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do Atmocube sensors require manual recalibration?
Atmocube sensors have automatic self-calibration, cleaning, and data normalization algorithms, which ensure long-term stability without the need for any manual action from users. Read more. However, if your project requires annual sensor calibration or replacement, we offer annual sensor maintenance subscription.
How can my space visitors learn about indoor air quality?
Atmocube helps you be transparent with your space visitors about the air quality in two ways. Firstly, you can showcase the data on our e-ink screen or any other monitor/mobile device using the display mode. Secondly, you can encourage frequent visitors to download the user app.
Where can I learn more about the indicators on Atmocube?
You will learn more about the sensors and indicator colors in the knowledge base.
